State Utilities Renew Bid In DC Circ. To Nix DOE Fee

Law360, New York (March 7, 2011, 7:41 PM EST) -- A group representing state utility commissioners Monday renewed its efforts in the D.C. Circuit to force the federal government to stop collecting a fee for a nuclear waste storage facility it has no current plan to build.
