National Fire Sues Over Asbestos Claims Coverage

Law360, New York (March 8, 2011, 2:02 PM EST) -- National Fire Insurance Co. of Hartford intervened Monday as a plaintiff in Zurich American Insurance Co.'s suit in Missouri seeking to avoid defending or indemnifying a contractor against underlying claims over alleged asbestos contamination at a Kansas City, Mo., courthouse.
