Toy Co. Settles Hasbro Disk Shooter Patent Suit

Law360, New York (March 8, 2011, 3:59 PM EST) -- A toy maker agreed in a consent judgment filed Monday to stop selling three types of toy guns that shoot foam disks as part of a settlement in a patent suit brought by Hasbro Inc. in Massachusetts.

The consent judgment lodged in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts said that Lanard Toys Ltd. will stop selling its Xstream Air Ring Accelerators, Xstream Air Fire Shot and Air Zone Ring Accelerator products while the two patents asserted by Hasbro are valid and in force....
