BP Wants More Tests On Deepwater Blowout Preventer

Law360, New York (March 8, 2011, 5:32 PM EST) -- BP PLC on Tuesday asked the federal court overseeing the multidistrict litigation in Louisiana over the Deepwater Horizon disaster to allow it to perform further tests on a failed oil rig blowout preventer following the government's examination.
