Insurer Escapes Coverage Suit Over Metal Plant Blast

Law360, New York (March 9, 2011, 6:18 PM EST) -- A federal judge on Tuesday tossed a suit filed in Indiana by affiliates of a bankrupt metal producer seeking damages from insurer Continental Casualty Co. related to a plant explosion, ruling they lacked standing to sue.
