United Health Seeks To Revive $28M Insurance Claim

Law360, New York (March 9, 2011, 2:26 PM EST) -- United Health Group Inc. asked a Massachusetts federal judge Tuesday to reconsider a ruling that the insurer is not entitled to $28.2 million in coverage from Lexington Insurance Co. to cover costs from an underlying breach of contract suit.
