Judge Approves Anchor Blue Plan To Close 75 Stores

Law360, New York (March 9, 2011, 7:53 PM EST) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge signed off on Anchor Blue Holding Corp.'s plan to close 75 of its retail stores in the western U.S. on Wednesday.

Judge Peter J. Walsh of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware approved an order that authorizes the company to reject leases for retail locations in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas, Oregon and Washington state.
