UK Man Pleads Guilty In $43M Shell Stock Scam

Law360, New York (March 10, 2011, 7:55 PM EST) -- A British man pled guilty Thursday in Florida federal court to his role in an investment scheme that allegedly generated $42.5 million using boiler room telemarketers in Spain to sell worthless stock in dormant public companies.
