Eaton Can't Ditch Judgment Over Gear Monopoly

Law360, New York (March 10, 2011, 7:21 PM EST) -- Eaton Corp. lost its attempt Thursday to escape judgment against it in ZF Meritor LLC and Meritor Transmission Corp.'s antitrust suit accusing Eaton of monopolizing the more than $1 billion market for heavy duty manual transmissions in North America.
