US Weighs Nuclear Policy In Wake Of Japan Quake

Law360, New York (March 14, 2011, 2:31 PM EDT) -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission on Monday sought to reassure the public that U.S. nuclear power facilities are equipped to withstand seismic activity, as some lawmakers called for a re-examination of nuclear policies in response to reports of devastating accidents in Japan.
