Dems Seek Ban On Chinese Mining Projects In US

Law360, New York (March 16, 2011, 1:42 PM EDT) -- Four Democratic senators urged the Obama administration Tuesday to block Chinese mining projects in the U.S. and elsewhere until China loosens its restrictions on the export of rare earth minerals, which are instrumental in producing a wide range of technology.
