DOE, NRC Say Japan Crisis Won't Alter Nuclear Policy

Law360, New York (March 16, 2011, 7:46 PM EDT) -- The heads of the U.S. Department of Energy and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission told Congress on Wednesday that the power plant crisis in Japan won't immediately impact U.S. nuclear plans that include a $36 billion budget request to start new projects.
