Contractor Says Lockheed Was Hostile To Black Worker

Law360, New York (March 16, 2011, 12:45 PM EDT) -- Lockheed Martin Corp. on Monday removed to a Florida federal court a breach of contract suit filed by Web services contractor Y2K Services Inc. claiming a unit of the defense giant was hostile to a black worker.

Orlando, Fla.-based Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control removed the case from the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, Orange County, to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
