4th Circ. Revives Decision Insight Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (March 16, 2011, 6:05 PM EDT) -- The Fourth Circuit on Wednesday again revived Decision Insight Inc.'s suit accusing several of its former employees and Sentia Group Inc. of misappropriating trade secrets and breaching employment agreements in their development of a competing software application.
