Koch Paper Mill Violates CWA, Enviros Say

Law360, New York (March 16, 2011, 5:02 PM EDT) -- Environmental groups on Wednesday asked the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to crack down on wastewater discharges from an Arkansas paper mill owned by a Koch Industries Inc. subsidiary, contending that pollution from the plant is harming the environment.
