Blowout Preventer Co. Tries To Keep Device From BP

Law360, New York (March 16, 2011, 7:56 PM EDT) -- Cameron International Corp., the manufacturer of the blowout preventer on the Deepwater Horizon rig, argued Wednesday in a Louisiana court that BP PLC shouldn't be able to conduct its own forensic testing on the device.
