Senate Panel Sends Cole Nomination To Floor Again

Law360, New York (March 17, 2011, 9:02 PM EDT) -- The Senate Judiciary Committee voted 10-8 on Thursday to send former Bryan Cave LLP partner James Cole's nomination for deputy attorney general at the U.S. Department of Justice to the full Senate for a second time.
