St. Joe Wins Remand Of Transocean Suit Over Spill

Law360, New York (March 18, 2011, 3:00 PM EDT) -- Florida real estate developer The St. Joe Co. on Tuesday won the remand of its suit against Transocean Ltd. units over the Deepwater Horizon oil spill from federal court to state court, avoiding a transfer to multidistrict litigation over the disaster.
