Senate Confirms Amy Jackson As DC District Judge

Law360, New York (March 17, 2011, 10:57 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Senate on Thursday unanimously confirmed the nomination of Amy Berman Jackson, a Trout Cacheris PLLC partner, to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia following a long delay.

President Barack Obama nominated Jackson in June 2010, along with James E. Boasberg, an associate judge for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, to fill the vacancies in the District of Columbia.
