W.Va. Court To Hear 7 Cases In Massey Slurry Suit

Law360, New York (March 17, 2011, 7:31 PM EDT) -- The judge handling claims brought by hundreds of West Virginia residents in state court alleging that Massey Energy Co. contaminated their groundwater with coal slurry has created seven personal injury and property damage categories, and will hear one case from each starting in August.
