Chilean Antitrust Court To Probe LAN-TAM Merger

Law360, New York (March 18, 2011, 2:21 PM EDT) -- Chile's antitrust court decided Thursday to investigate LAN Airlines SA's merger with Brazilian carrier TAM SA at the behest of a Chilean consumer group, despite a request from the national competition prosecutor to let the deal go forward.
