Neb. Court Says Some Legal Costs Not Taxable In State

Law360, New York (March 18, 2011, 7:38 PM EDT) -- Nebraska's Supreme Court on Friday upheld a district court's ruling on the distribution of legal costs in a town's contract suit against an energy cooperative, finding that some costs taxable under federal law are not taxable in the state.
