Iowa Developer Pleads Guilty In Asbestos Disposal Case

Law360, New York (March 18, 2011, 6:20 PM EDT) -- The owner of the 19-story Equitable Building in Des Moines, Iowa, pled guilty to two charges related to the illegal removal of asbestos during a renovation of the landmark property, the U.S. Department of Justice said Friday.
