Fed Circ. Revives Ford Bid For NAFTA Duty Refund

Law360, New York (March 21, 2011, 4:34 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday revived Ford Motor Co.'s lawsuit to recoup import duties on car parts from Canada that the automaker asserted it should not have had to pay under the North American Free Trade Agreement.
