Laser Game Patent May Be Obvious: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (March 21, 2011, 7:52 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday affirmed a Louisiana court's ruling that MGA Entertainment Inc. infringed a patent held by Innovention Toys LLC for a chess-like board game, but ordered the lower to court to reconsider whether the patent is obvious.
