Law360, New York (March 21, 2011, 7:54 PM EDT) -- An Ohio jury let Yamaha Motor Corp. off the hook Monday in a $20 million suit over the death of a 10-year-old girl in an offroad vehicle accident, despite finding the vehicle to be defective in its design or warnings.
