Apple Sued Over Web Browsing Patent

Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 12:43 PM EDT) -- Web browsing company Robocast Inc. filed suit against Apple Inc. on Monday in Delaware, accusing the company of infringing a patent for browsing technology.

The suit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, is the second Robocast has filed over the same patent in recent months, following a December complaint against Microsoft Corp. that is pending in the same court.
