ITC Eyes Chinese Glasses After Sam Adams Complaint

Law360 (March 22, 2011, 1:58 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission voted Monday to begin an investigation of drinking glasses imported from China after the parent company of Samuel Adams accused the products of infringing two patents.

Boston Beer Corp. filed its complaint Feb. 17, taking aim at San Tan Brewing Co., One Source Signature Glassware Inc. and di Sciacca Co. and asking the ITC to bar the allegedly infringing glassware from entering the U.S.
