Oakley Faces Preemptive Strike Over Sunglasses IP

Law360 (March 22, 2011, 5:41 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania outdoor supply company filed suit against Oakley Inc. on Tuesday, seeking a ruling that it does not infringe two of the sunglasses maker's patents.

Predator Outdoor Products LLC is seeking a ruling declaring that its products do not infringe U.S. Patent Numbers 5,387,949 and D523,461, according to a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
