Watchdog Blasts Insurance Regulators' Industry Ties

Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 6:38 PM EDT) -- Twenty-four state insurance commissioners worked for the insurance industry before their appointment, the nonprofit Consumer Watchdog said Tuesday, questioning whether those ties will influence the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' stance on changes to the health care reform law.
