Greenberg Traurig Beats Illegal Tax Shelter Claims

Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 10:36 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal judge on Monday squashed a former Greenberg Traurig LLP client's suit accusing the firm and two others of tricking him into participating in an illegal tax shelter, saying the case should have been brought under securities fraud claims.
