Costner Seeks Dismissal Of Suit Over $52M BP Deal

Law360, New York (March 22, 2011, 11:37 PM EDT) -- Actor Kevin Costner asked a Louisiana court Tuesday to dismiss Stephen Baldwin's suit that claims Costner hid a $52 million purchase order with BP PLC to deny Baldwin his stake in a joint venture to sell oil cleanup devices.
