Becton Dickinson Licensing Deals Under Scrutiny

Law360 (April 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Becton Dickinson and Co. is facing arbitration and dispute resolution proceedings in Europe initiated by a French medical testing company over staph infection detection and blood culturing patents, the medical technology giant announced Wednesday.
