Verizon Denied Quick Win In Interactive IP Fight

Law360 (March 23, 2011, 7:32 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Virginia ruled Monday that Verizon Communications Inc. was not entitled to summary judgment in a suit brought by ActiveVideo Networks Inc. over interactive TV programming patents because questions remain about whether an earlier agreement precludes the claims.
