NRC Launches Review Of US Nuclear Plant Safety

Law360, New York (March 24, 2011, 12:52 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission voted Wednesday to launch a two-prong review of nuclear power plant safety to re-examine whether U.S. facilities can withstand seismic shocks similar to those that sparked an ongoing nuclear crisis in Japan.
