Cargill Names New General Counsel

Law360, New York (March 24, 2011, 4:18 PM EDT) -- Cargill Inc. said Thursday that Laura Witte would take over as its general counsel in June when Steve Euller retires after three decades with the agribusiness powerhouse.

Witte, currently vice president and general counsel for Cargill's North America-based business, is set to take the global legal reins on June 1, according to the company.
