Utah Counties Join Fight Over DOI Wild Lands Policy

Law360, New York (March 24, 2011, 5:19 PM EDT) -- The Utah Association of Counties joined one of its members Tuesday in filing a legal challenge to the U.S. Department of Interior's “wild lands” order in December.
