Jury Convicts Former Exec In $100M Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (March 24, 2011, 5:36 PM EDT) -- A Texas man who co-founded A&O Resource Management Inc. was convicted Wednesday in Virginia on seven fraud and money laundering charges for his role in an insurance investment scheme that bilked 800 people out of $100 million.

Christian M. Allmendinger, 39, of Houston, faces decades in prison following the jury’s verdict in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
