Patent Reform Would Expand Peer-To-Patent: Kappos

Law360, New York (March 25, 2011, 7:11 PM EDT) -- A patent reform bill that passed the U.S. Senate earlier this month would significantly improve the patent system and result in a major expansion of the peer-to-patent program, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Director David Kappos said Friday.
