Debevoise Reps Schneider In $268M Summit Energy Bid

Law360, New York (March 25, 2011, 3:54 PM EDT) -- Schneider Electric SA announced Thursday that it has agreed to pick up business energy consulting services provider Summit Energy Services Inc. for $268 million in an effort to expand its energy management services.

The French energy management giant agreed to the debt-free, cash-free bid for the Louisville, Ky., company to grow Schneider Electric's ability to assist companies in need of demand-side energy management.
