Judge Trims Samsung Counterclaims In JPEG Patent Suit

Law360 (March 25, 2011, 5:37 PM EDT) -- A Delaware federal judge on Friday nixed Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s fraud and negligent misrepresentation counterclaims in US Philips Corp.'s lawsuit accusing the company of infringing a patent related to JPEG technology, but left other counterclaims intact.
