Insurers Want National Fire To Cover Home Defect Suits

Law360, New York (March 28, 2011, 1:57 PM EDT) -- A group of insurers on Friday asked a court to force National Fire & Marine Insurance Co. to defend policyholders in more than two dozen suits involving home construction defects, arguing that National Fire’s rationale for denying coverage failed.
