U.S., Israeli Officials To Tackle Dispute Over Drug Data Exclusivity

Law360, New York (October 11, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- U.S. Trade Representative Robert Zoellick will arrive in Israel this week for talks with government officials amid a standoff between the two countries over intellectual property rights in Israel’s pharmaceutical industry.

Zoellick is due to arrive in Israel on Oct. 15, at the end of a Middle East tour, according to business daily Globes.
