All American Semiconductor Seeks Worker Bonuses

Law360, New York (April 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- All American Semiconductor Inc., a Miami electronics distributor that filed for Chapter 11 on Wednesday, is seeking to offer bonuses to retain key employees as it moves forward with efforts to sell its business as a going concern.

The company asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida on Thursday to allow it to pay bonuses to about 290 employees as it works to sell its business as a stand-alone company.
