US Efforts Are Removing Barriers To Trade: Report

Law360 (March 30, 2011, 7:22 PM EDT) -- The U.S. has successfully removed nontariff barriers to trade in countries including Chile, Egypt and Russia in the past year, according to reports issued on Wednesday.

The office of U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk submitted three reports to Congress on detailing the administration's efforts to combat unwarranted sanitary and technical trade barriers over the past year.
