Court Revives Antitrust Claim Against DaimlerChrysler

Law360, New York (April 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A truck manufacturer that sued a subsidiary of DaimlerChrysler AG over incentives allegedly offered to competing dealers for commercial vans has been handed a mixed ruling, with an appeals court on Friday holding that a district court had properly dismissed all but one of the manufacturer’s claims.
