Antitrust Enforcers Urge End To Free-For-All Probes

Law360, New York (March 31, 2011, 3:38 PM EDT) -- State antitrust enforcers said Thursday that multistate investigations of companies suspected of breaching competition laws should not be a free-for-all, but should be pursued by a small group of states to ensure the biggest impact.
