EU Raids Deutsche Bahn Offices In Antitrust Probe

Law360, New York (March 31, 2011, 3:40 PM EDT) -- The European Commission on Thursday confirmed reports that inspectors raided the premises of Deutsche Bahn AG and some of its subsidiaries, examining the possibility that the German rail operator and its electricity supplying unit may have breached antitrust rules.
