Judge Voids DOI Logging Plan Withdrawal

Law360, New York (March 31, 2011, 8:53 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Thursday vacated the U.S. Department of the Interior's decision to withdraw a Bush-era plan to increase logging in western Oregon, saying the agency ignored a legal requirement to submit its plan for public review.
