Sen. Calls On ABA To Improve Law School Reporting

Law360, New York (March 31, 2011, 8:35 PM EDT) -- Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., called on the American Bar Association Thursday to tighten rules for how law schools report post-graduation employment and salary figures.

In a letter to ABA President Stephen N. Zack, Boxer echoed concerns raised in recent news reports about allegedly creative reporting from law schools meant to entice students into paying hefty tuition fees and to maximize their rankings in the annual U.S. News and World Report list.
